HELP: Getting help with the Aspin Training Learning Portal
The Aspin Training Learning Portal is where all of our courses reside.
As a registered user with a username and a password you have access to the Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from just about anywhere in the world. Obviously, things don’t always go according to plan. Here are some of the more common problems and how to solve them:
- Your password is not working
- The course you have enrolled in is not showing when you log in
- You are not sure what to do once into your course

- Email Student Support on elearning@aspingroup.com.au
- Send a message to your trainer at any time using the “Quickmail” feature in the Aspin Training Learning Portal.
